After looking at several homes with her, she found the perfect place for us that met all of our requirements! The morning it went on the market, she called us and said that we needed to get to the open house that day. She was right! The home had multiple offers, but we strategized with Annette to compose an offer that worked for us and was competitive. Even the listing agent commented that we were advised well, as it seemed our offer was just slightly better than the others. The sellers accepted our offer! We were thrilled. We had many issues arise during the escrow period, but Annette was there for us every day of the week. She is kind and patient, but she also stood firm in getting us what we needed. We had such a good experience in the purchase that we signed with Annette to list our previous home as well. She helped us so much with staging, virtual staging, and getting the house move-in ready.
